Founded in 2019, FACT LAB (Forensics Application for Civil Consultancy and Testing Lab) is a NABL and ISO 9001 accredited organization dedicated to providing high-quality civil engineering testing and consultancy services. Our lab was established by Siddharth Shah and Harsh Sheth, both M.Tech graduates in civil engineering, with the vision to support safe and reliable construction practices.

We specialize in a wide range of services including soil investigation, concrete and material testing, load testing, and non-destructive structural assessments. Soil as a Foundation Material

We conduct detailed soil analysis to assess strength and moisture content to determine its suitability for strong and stable foundation design in all types of structures.

Other Building Materials

We test cement, blocks, tiles, adhesives, and bitumen to verify durability, compressive strength, and material quality for safe, long-lasting performance in construction applications.

Metal

Our lab verifies metal quality through spectro analysis, tensile tests, and chemical checks to ensure structural steel bars, plates, and welds meet all engineering safety standards.

Non Destructive Survey

We perform non-destructive tests like UPV, hammer, rebar scan, and pile integrity to examine concrete and steel structures internally without causing any surface damage or failure.

Our Expertise

Load Testing

We offer a comprehensive range of Pile Load Testing services. Our services include Static Load Testing and Dynamic Load Testing. Each type has its advantages, and we work with clients to determine the most suitable method for their project. Our equipment is maintained to high standards to ensure accurate and reliable results. We also follow strict safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for employees and clients.

Geotechnical Engineering

Our Geotechnical Investigation Reporting services include Site Investigation, Geotechnical Engineering, and Soil Investigation. Our team of experts utilizes advanced technology and equipment to provide comprehensive reports that meet the specific needs of each project. Our reports include detailed information about soil characteristics, ground water level, geological features, and other factors that may impact the project.

Non-Destructive Testing

We offer Structure Assessment services using a combined method of Rebound and UPV Test. This method provides a fast and non-destructive assessment of the structural integrity of a building or structure. The Rebound Test measures the surface hardness of the concrete, while the UPV Test measures the velocity of sound waves through the concrete. Together, these tests provide a detailed assessment of the structure's strength and integrity
